CAPTAIN and OpenREGGUI provide a research infrastructure for clinical decision support (CDSS), based on published NTCP models, as a new addition to their capabilities.
Based on DICOM dose maps and RT structures, the CDSS plaform predicts normal tissue complications for RT and PT treatments, allowing plan comparisons to aid advancing research in the patient selection process. The computations are performed in OpenREGGUI and displayed in web form via CAPTAIN. Check out the web version
here or the MATLAB version
here. Running the web-based CDSS requires cloning both, CAPTAIN and OpenREGGUI repositories.
